She has appeared on The Today Show as a gender issues expert.
Ms. Swiss holds her Ed.M. and Ed.D. from Harvard University and her B.A. magna cum laude from Bowdoin College . She worked at Harvard University for thirteen years in a variety of administrative positions, including a job-share as Associate Director of Employment and Training and a position as Assistant Dean at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. She consults nationally for major corporations and her speaking engagements include Fortune's New Women: New Leadership Symposium, Women in Technology International, and Hewlett-Packard's Women's Career Conference.
